Regular price $1,000.00The DSX Tuning Aux Pump Kit for the 2014-2019 C7 Corvette and 2015-2019 C7 Z06 Corvette is the original and budget friendly alternative to big fuel supply with a simple installation. There's no need to get inside of the factory fuel tank, as this system taps into the tank and uses an external pump that ties back into the factory feed line. With the help of the factory fuel pressure control module, the ECM always knows what your fuel pressure is even when the aux pump kicks on to give a huge boost in pressure and flow.
The heart of the system is a DSX Tuning proprietary PnP controller that uses CAN data. There's no need to tap vacuum lines or install a Hobbs switch as the DSX Tuning controller utilizes CAN data from the parking brake jumper to trigger the pump. The controller is incorporated into an easy to install harness with minimal connections to ensure the end user doesn't have to do any wiring. The pump is activated any time the ECM commands 500kPa or higher fuel pressure and features a soft start function meaning the pump is not immediately commanded to full duty cycle and consequently results in a much smaller spike in fuel pressure. The controller also features a built in priming/purge function: simply key the vehicle on (but don't start the engine) and push the gas pedal. The pump will run proportional to how hard you push the gas pedal! If you need to pump fuel out of the tank or just want to purge the lines, this makes it easy. The controller is also programmed to disable the pump driver if the parking brake is engaging or disengaging so the factory wiring is not overloaded. These are made with all solid state electronics that are self protected meaning there are no fuses, mechanical switches, or relays that can fail from vibration or repeated arcing (this is what happens to a Hobbs switch or relay over time). What's more is there is no need to run any wiring from the engine bay since everything is contained within the rear driver's fender. This is the most advanced controller available and allows the tuner to activate the pump exactly when needed by modifying the pressure modes in the ECM.
The system features PTFE lined smooth bore crimped fuel lines to ensure leak free operation and corrosion resistance against ethanol for the life of the vehicle as well as inhibit any fuel odor from permeating through the lines. These lines are pressure tested by the manufacturer to verify against defects, so you can be sure that what you receive is the highest quality and rated for any fuel you will run through it. These lines are 8AN in size but use 6AN connections to allow full flow even through the fitting itself (typical 6AN lines and ends are significantly smaller internally when inserted in the hose). Don't be fooled by lower quality push lock, screw together, or plain braided hoses! DSX Tuning is committed to providing purpose built products and not repurposed pieces or a collection of off the shelf components bundled together. The pre-filter is a custom made 74 micron stainless filter exclusively for use with these pumps to minimize potential leak points, and the one piece billet tee fitting is a true push connect piece made exclusively for this application. There are no plastic clips that can melt or fail, and there are no backing nuts to fumble around with trying to tighten. The fitting is retained using a stainless steel clip.
Installation time is roughly two hours and can be done on jack stands. It is recommended to have a low level of fuel in the tank before installation.
This kit can be installed prior to tuning, but in order to take full advantage you will need HP Tuners or EFILive tuning software and access to a dyno / competent tuner.
Drill & Tap Option: This is the 37/64" drill bit and 3/8-18 NPTF tap intended for installation of the aux pump kits.

JDP Motorsports offers Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping. Expedited shipping is available. Next Day Air shipping does not guarantee that your product will be delivered the following day, but rather, that your product will be delivered 1 business day after your order has been fulfilled. All shipments come with a tracking number when processing and shipping is final.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. For all items that are not currently in stock, JDP Motorsports will contact you via email to notify you of the estimated shipping date. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer.
JDP Motorsports will send you the tracking information for your order as soon as it becomes available. If you decide to cancel your order after your order has shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges including any shipping paid by JDP Motorsports as well as return shipping and additional fees depending on the circumstance. JDP Motorsports reserves the right to apply a restocking fee up to 20%.
International Shipping
All orders shipped to international locations including Canada are final and non-refundable. JDP Motorsports may require additional information before your order is processed. International shipping rates will be applied according to the destination and dimensions of the item and will require a signature at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, and taxes. For any orders returned to JDP Motorsports due to non-payment of custom fees or because the item was not claimed a credit will be given minus any shipping/handling costs along with a restocking fee up to 20%.
Return Policy
Returns: New, unused items in their original packaging and in resale condition may be returned within 30 days of the date in which the product was shipped. Please contact JDP for a RMA number before returning any product. All shipping charges including those originally paid by JDP are non-refundable and any return shipping costs are your responsibility. A restocking fee up to 20% may be applied. Any specialized or custom orders are final and non-refundable. Installed items or modified parts may not be returned.
Return Shipping Charges: JDP requires you to use a trackable shipping method when returning product. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. We suggest you insure the package when returning the product. JDP is not responsible for any shipping costs on returned items.
Damage Claims: Damage claims should be made with JDP within 24 hours after the product is received. Please make a claim with the shipper if the damage is noticed at the time of delivery. JDP may refuse a return if an issue regarding damaged product is not reported during the stated time frame.
Manufacturer Warranty: Any and all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. These warranties can vary depending on the manufacturer and may cover issues after JDP’s return policy expires. Any warranty claim is determined by the manufacturer and JDP does not have control over the outcome regarding the manufacturer’s decision on a warranty issue.
Return Packaging: Returned items must be packaged securely in the original packaging/outer shipping carton. Please do not write on the product packaging and only write on the outer carton. Please write your Authorization Number in clear print on the outer carton. JDP reserves the right to refuse any packages received without a RA number. Returned product must be in new, re-sale condition with all original boxes, including packages, parts, manual, etc. All returns will be inspected at the time the product is received and the refund will be determined. It may take up to 30 days for a credit to be issued.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% and will be assessed by JDP according to the circumstance of the return.
